Listeners and readers can ask Harper J. Knight's Bookcase to delete eligible personal and session-linked data.

How to submit a request
Email Request deletion by email. Include the approximate date of your most recent purchase and, if available, the Square receipt number so the correct session can be located. Never send a full card number.
What can be deleted
Eligible customer account details, listening progress, session activity, and non-required support records can be deleted. Purchase and financial records may be retained only when legally required. Signing out removes access on that device without deleting the customer’s purchases.
What may be retained
Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and legal records may be retained when required. If a record must be retained, it will be limited to the necessary purpose and period.
Timing
The request will be acknowledged and handled within a reasonable period after the session or transaction is verified. You may be contacted for limited additional information needed to protect another customer’s purchases from accidental deletion.
