Using the Bookcase
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Harper J. Knight's Bookcase, including chapter audio, credits, subscriptions, and ebooks.

Digital-content license
Purchases provide a personal, limited, nontransferable right to listen to or read the selected content inside the Bookcase. They do not transfer copyright or permission to copy, record, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly perform the work.
Credits and chapters
One chapter normally costs 100 credits. Credit prices and package contents are shown before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire unless a different lawful term is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Plans and renewals
The exact price, included credits, renewal period, and cancellation terms must be shown before a recurring subscription begins. A plan name by itself does not authorize automatic renewal.
Payments and refunds
Website payments are processed by Square. Except where consumer law or the payment platform requires otherwise, completed digital-content purchases are final after access is delivered. Contact support promptly if content is unavailable or a duplicate charge appears.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, share protected files, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized Studio access, or use the Bookcase in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Availability
New books and chapters are released as they become ready. Maintenance, network conditions, device limitations, or events outside the author’s control may temporarily interrupt access.
